Support Specialist – Full Time (Hawthorne, CA)
Role:
- Respond to inbound customer e-mails, calls, and social media / forum posts
- Liaison with Sales, Shipping and Operations
- Support customers with any installation or usage questions or concerns
- Proactively update customers with information for their orders, or support concerns
- Coordinate with technical team to resolve any warranty concerns
- Ensure top notch customer experience
- Work with engineering and product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve products
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for automotive technical details
- Experience working on or with cars generally (no professional experience required)
- MS office, Excel, and website familiarity
- 50+ WPM typing speed
- Willingness to work weekends
